Lakeside Inn at Dale Hollow

Very well done. Beautiful rooms and the host was amazing. Great communication. Easy checkin. Comfortable bed. I will certainly be back, and I recommend this to all!

Since the Lakeside owners have remodeled this motel, it has been such a joy and pleasure staying here and working with them! The convenience of their location could not be more perfect, especially if you’re boating out of Sunset Marina! They have done an amazing job making all of the rooms (and we have stayed in all of them!) adorable, comfortable and accommodating, even with kids and dogs. And if you have any communication needs, they are extremely kind, quick to respond and always have a solution!

I own a house about 4 miles from this Airbnb but my water was broke. I thought our vacation was ruined, but staying here made everything so much better. We slept great on the comfortable beds, everything was so clean and Rachel thought of all the little touches. My water is fixed, but I plan on staying there again!

We stayed three nights in the Dale Hollow Room. The room was spacious, well laid out, and was very comfortable for a family of four. The staff was super helpful, accommodating, and had an eye for detail. The room and bathroom were super clean. We would stay here again.

I stayed here at the beginning of the year and apparently forgot to leave a review. The location is obviously out in the country and there's not much around but if you're popping through for something then this is a great stop. I'd never have guessed there would be such a nice place like this out in such an isolated area. I live in a massive city so this was really, really out in the boons for me, lol. The photos are well represented of what you'll see when you arrive. It's so, so cute. I was actually surprised at the comfort level of the bed. The place is right off the highway which seems to have quite a bit of through traffic and it is loud! I brought my own fan for noise, left the bathroom fan on, and also had the white noise machine on and could still hear the cars. If you're a light sleeper like me, you'll hear it. There were a few hiccups upon arrival that left quite a bit of room for improvement but things were rectified. I also want to mention the maintenance man is great. He was a very nice person and made me feel welcomed. I'd stay again here again if/when passing through.

The 2B, 2B suite w/sitting room, was spacious, adorably decorated, & exceptionally clean! The bed was quite comfortable. Amenities like refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig w/coffee, added to the comfort of our stay. Rachel, the owner, was friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

My wife and I have stayed at this location a few times. Not sure of issue this time. Literally no water pressure and water went from ice cold to scalding without touching the valve. Mattress seemed worn and very uncomfortable.

This was our second stay at this adorable roadside Inn and we have been very happy with our room! The bed is very cozy and the linens are white, soft and comfy. I usually bring an extra pillow but it is NOT needed here. The bath towels are very soft and absorbent too! There is no carpet which makes the room feel so much cleaner to me. Both rooms we have stayed in has had a large area rug. That is a BIG plus for me! The parking is right at your door....no steps. Plenty of drawers to put all your clothes away. The room is equipped with a large smart tv which we love! It is so easy to use. There is a guest book with clear details on everything from checking in to checking out! The refrigerator seems a little bigger than most hotel rooms and the microwave sits right on top of it for convenience. There is a great area to make your coffee and/or tea. Coffeemaker is easy to use and they supply coffee and the extras....creamer...sugar etc. I absolutely love that the coffeemaker has its own spot and it is NOT in the bathroom!! I noticed USB ports too so no need to pack your phone plug....just need your cord! I notice details everywhere I go....and these rooms have plenty of small details that make you feel relaxed and cozy. Green plants. Cute wall pictures. Adorable lights! Booking is so easy too! We keep our boat at Sunset Marina and this little Inn is 5 minutes at the most from the marina. Here’s another tip: there is a great gas station/deli 1 minute away. Great homemade pimento cheese....smoked pulled pork and breakfast sandwiches! Buy your ice for your boat there. The cubes are large and it doesn’t melt as quickly as most . I would definitely recommend staying at this sweet little find if you plan to visit DHL!
